Poster child

William Morva, who broke from jail custody and killed a deputy and hospital worker in the Blacksburg, Virginia area, yesterday had the jury's death sentence in his case ratified by the trial judge; and his execution date was set. The date, Oct. 21, will certainly be delayed by his automatic appeal to the Supreme Court of Virginia.
